28 Weeks Later HD pictures
28 Weeks Later has been getting some decent buzz around the movie blog community the past couple of days, so I decided to post up some HD pictures. The trailer as a whole looks all right, but the part where the city is blowing up and Muse is playing in the background is freaking awesome.
Is this movie worth seeing when it’s release? Let me know what you think.
I’m hoping there isn’t too much build up during the beginning of the movie. I want the zombie attacks to start pronto!
Its too bad that Danny Boyle is just executive producing this (aka not really having anything to do with it). I think it will probably suck compared to 28 Days Later. The trailer made it look like a little better version of a resident evil movie.
I think the small scale ‘indie’ feeling of the original benefited the film. The movie didn’t try to be larger than what it was, and in turn the film pushed the envelope of the zombie flick by creating something novel within its own limitations. The new trailer kind of looks like everything will be “bigger and better,” but I don’t know if that will necessarily be the case. “28 Days Later” never aspired to be “Land of the Dead,” and that was a good thing.
I’m not impressed by this trailer but I’m not sure that means anything considering I wasn’t all that impressed by “28 Days Later” until after I saw it. I’m willing to give it a shot.
