Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Jessica Biel, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Brian Presley, “Home of the Brave” tells the story of four soldiers deployed on a final humanitarian mission to deliver medical supplies to a remote Iraqi village. In the process, their squad is ambushed and sustains many casualties. After finishing their military duty, the four individuals are sent back to their families and have to deal with their injuries, both physical and psychological.

Irwin Winkler who has also directed “Life as a House”, and “At First Sight”, now branches out into the war film/military genre and shows us how war really affects the lives of those who return from active duty. The trailer is done well and I’m hoping the movie will live up to my expectations. Plus, “Home of the Brave” stars Jessical Biel whom I absolutely love. She’s an amazing actor and always looks gorgeous.

I really enjoyed “Life as a House” and am greatly anticipating the release of “Home of the Brave”. It’s scheduled to hit theaters this December.
