I swear VidFad isn’t going to be a Snakes on a Plane fan site, but right now it’s one of the best movies out.

I guess for such a good movie like Snakes on a Plane, you need just as good of a music video to go along with it so everyone will stay and watch the credits. This tactic has been used for quite some time now to keep people in their seats until the very end of the movie. Usually it’s used in comedies, but now it’s branching off into different genres.

You may remember at the very end of Dodgeball, staring Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller, there’s a 30 second clip where Ben Stiller sings the Milkshake song. I must have seen that clip over 50 times, but it’s never gotten old. It’s quite hilarious and I just had to post it.

Anyway, back to the Snakes on a Plane music video. I think it’s a perfect marketing ploy to get the word out about your movie. I don’t think I’ve seen any other movie make as big a marketing push as Snakes on a Plane has. Every web site I visit has some banner ad about Snakes on a Plane, or in every magazine I read something is said about Snakes on a Plane. Interviews are everywhere and people are loving it.
