In a previous post a few weeks back, I had alluded to the fact that I thought Laura Ramsey would grace us in the pages of Maxim within a year or two. Laura Ramsey was the only redeeming quality of “The Covenant”

Well, shave my head and call me a dumb ass for thinking it would take Maxim that long to hook onto her. A year or two? I must have been out of my mind when writing that article. Now, I’ll put my ‘thinkers cap’ back on and continue writing.

Laura Ramsey, for those of you who don’t know who she is (shame on you), she’s the cute blonde with the crush on Amanda Bynes in “She’s the Man” and the girlfriend of the main actor in “The Covenant”. She’ll also star as Lola in her upcoming role in “Whatever Lola Wants” due out in 2007. Her acting skills are good and her looks are to die for.

Van Helsing is definitely rough, but Kate Beckinsale makes that and Underworld all worthwhile

There are only two actresses that come to mind that completely seduce me into watching horrible horror/action movies. The first is obviously Laura Ramsey and second would most definitely be Kate Beckinsale. They have both been in some pretty bad movies such as “The Covenant” and “Van Helsing”, just to name two, and I’ve sat through every movie that either of them have starred in just to enjoy their presence on screen. Seriously, some half-ass director could take both those girls, put them in some piece of shit horror flick that some would call a ‘movie’ and I’d buy both the regular and special edition DVDs. Actually, make that HD DVDs, or Blu-Ray DVDs — whichever format wins the war.
