X-Men: The Last Stand Just Left The Theaters Making Room For The All New X-4
The renegotiations are underway for the fourth installment of the X-Men series. The Movie Blog on a story from the L.A. Daily News on how the renegotiation could be a “stumbling block” for getting X-4 underway.
Personally, I don’t think there’s going to be any issues in starting the filming of X-4. They already have new actors signed on and I’m sure they’ll bring back Huge Jackman as Wolverine — They better anyway or else it won’t even be worth seeing. I thought X-3 was enjoyable and I feel it was a good direction to take the movie in killing off some of the main characters. People thought they wouldn’t do it, but they did and its still brought in a substantial amount of money at the box office.
Hopefully when the filming for X-4 beings, they’ll have a good solid script with Huge Jackman on the list of actors. I hope they have something up their sleeve in the way of new characters too. I don’t know if I really liked some of the new villains they brought out in X-Men: The Last Stand.
As for Halle Berry, I wouldn’t be disappointed if they got rid of Storm or replaced her with a less expensive actress. I don’t think her acting is all that good and I definitely don’t think she should of won an Oscar for Monster’s Ball, but that’s beside the point.
Either way, Jackman is the man and the Wolverine spin off movie, they’re planning, should be nothing short of comic book goodness.
